Wire transfer

It is important that you indicate your name and order number at the time of transfer. This will be validated after making the transfer and the shipment will be made shortly.

Payment must be made in EUROS and all possible currency exchange or bank charges will be borne by you.

You can send the proof of the transfer to our email hola@terradespardenyes.cat but in any case, the order will not be valid until we have the bank confirmation of the transfer.

Credit, debit card, VISA or MASTERCARD

Payment by credit or debit card is made directly with the virtual POS terminal of our bank (La Caixa). This method uses a server, which uses secure Socked Layer technology, in which all information exchange is encrypted.

Withdrawal

It is the faculty that you have as a client to cancel the purchase contract, informing Terra d'Espardenyes within the established period.

You have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with the provisions of article 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.

To withdraw from the product, you only have to send us an email to hola@terradespardenyes.cat, in less than 24 hours you will receive a response on how to proceed. You can also choose to send by post to C/Sant Antoni n40, Valls (CP43800). Finally, the return of the products received is also fully valid.

The right of withdrawal is free. Keep in mind that according to Art. 103 c) of Royal Decree 1/2007, you will not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the product has been made on a personalized order.

Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return the product together with its cotton bag.

How can I make the return?

 

1. Return to our physical store

You can visit us to make the return or exchange, it is necessary to present the email with the confirmation of the order placed.

 

The amount of the espadrilles will be refunded using the same payment method with which you made the purchase.

2. Return through the NACEX courier service.

The costs of the transport service are borne by the customer. We leave you two options so that you can choose the most convenient one.

 

2.1 Return at a Nacex collection point

Once you notify us of the return, we will email you a shipping label. Which you must print and stick in the package.

Finally you will have to deliver it to a Nacex.Shop point.

Once you have received the espadrilles, within a maximum of 2-3 days we will reimburse you for the amount of the espadrilles, deducting the cost of the transport service, which is €3.50.

The refund of the amount will be made using the same payment method with which you made the purchase.

 

2.2 Return with home collection

Once you inform us of the return, we will send you an email with the data we need in order to be able to send to the desired address (home, work, establishment...) a Nacex courier who will collect the package.

Once you have received the espadrilles, in a maximum of 2-3 days we will reimburse you for the amount of the espadrilles, deducting the cost of the transport service, which is €5.

The refund of the amount will be made using the same payment method with which you made the purchase.

 

How can I make a change?

2.2 Exchange with collection and home delivery

Once you inform us of the change, we will send you an email with the data we need in order to be able to send a Nacex courier to the desired address to collect the package.

This service costs €9, which you will have to pay us by bank transfer or Bizum, information about which we will provide you via email.

 

Keep in mind that once the courier delivers your order you must deliver the espadrilles you want to exchange at the same time. In this way, there is no need to make a new order.
